how and when did the left lane on a 4-lane road become the NEW RIGHT LANE? Every day I get behind slow-a$$ people using the left lane as the regular lane, then you run up on another one who's got traffic backed up because they are in the left lane AND on the cell phone. I end up passing them on the right and look at them and YEP, they're reading or typing a text.
Old Fannin Rd between Lakeland Dr and Spillway Rd in Flowood it the worst and Hugh Ward Blvd. (connects same roads) is a close 2nd.
I'm thinking it may because of the new turn lanes in the center causing people to think they have to drive near that lane?
