Poor timing considering there are way more interesting topics going on today, but alas- I've got some questions.
I'm in the process of buying a house in Oxford. It definitely needs an updated bathroom (small ish bathroom) and an updated kitchen (again, not overly big. house is only 1200 total square ft).
So here are my two questions.
1. Does Anyone have a ball park of what fixing up a small bathroom and kitchen up will cost me? Not looking to do anything top-of-the-line or change layouts. Just looking to upgrade both to be more modern and livable.
2. Any suggestions on contractors to work with?
