Looking into getting my in-laws a decent set of kitchen knives for Christmas this year without spending $1k. I currently have Wustof Classic Ikon so I could go that route but thought I’d look for some other opinions too.
I’m tired of visiting them and fighting extremely dull knives and hearing the MIL complain about not having good knives. It’s one of those things they both know they need but never think about it until their using them and then forget right after so new ones never get ordered.
