Planning a trip for early April to Austin to pick up some work files for a co-worker who left my company. Do not really know Austin very well.

Any CRE folks in Rebel Grove? Looking for multifamily existing and development sites...

Where are the good parts of town? Where is the path of growth? Any other thoughts of suggestions?
