OT: Best Budget headphones for mowing grass

Looking for some help on some budget headphones that are noise cancelling/ loud enough to hear podcast when the blades are engaged. The ones I have just can't do it. Even with volume all the way up and voice booster on the Overcast app. Trying to keep it $50-$75 dollar range.

Any suggestions?
