OT: best place to sell a triathlon/road bike

I have this Specialized road bike with the triathlon elbow pads and gear shifts on the handles in front of them. I haven’t ridden it more than twice in 10+ years. I’m ready to get rid of it. Where is a good place to sell it? Private Facebook resell groups?

I don’t have a price on it or anything. It is just taking up space. I have no idea how to price it. I’ve done one sprint triathlon since my son was born. I know I won’t do anymore.
