I just had a cancellation on a Studio Condo that I do short-term rentals in for the Texas A&M weekend. It's a small unit that has a King bed, a twin size fold out couch, full kitchen, laundry, etc in a brand new building. This is a second floor walkup unit as it is located above my accounting firm. Location is on South Lamar just down the street from Phillips Grocery. It's not walkable to campus or the square unless you're in a pinch but extremely close and easy to get to and from both. You can be at the park and ride gameday shuttle from NWCC in 2-3 minutes. If interested, let me know and I'll share additional information.
