I'm curious as to what my fellow CPA / accounting / finance professionals are doing to protect their careers from AI. Or, with the current shortage in CPAs that is continuing to grow, will it not affect the profession much from an employment standpoint?
Anyone obtaining other credentials? Diversifying your skills into IT, Operations, etc.?
I'll probably be working for 30 more years from today, so I guess time horizon matters too.
