So my 3 year old had not been loving baseball like he was at end of last season. So I have been really hyping singing "Take Me Out to the Ballgame". I may have shared how proud I was now that he shouts out, unprompted mind you, the most necessary conclusion "Let's Get Some Runs".
Well, last night mom went out with the girls. So I left him stay up late for the 7th inning. He then much later climbed into bed with us in the early morning and fell back asleep. I woke up around 4:30 to him mumbling in his sleep. I kid you not "'Cause its...(inaudible)...2....3....(inaudible)...at the old ball...(inaudible)". I started laughing outloud when I realized what was happening. Pretty funny moment.
