There was a dental insurance thread a while back that had some good insight so I thought I would bring my question to RG and see if anyone could advise.
My daughter is on round 2 of her braces so she has already hit the lifetime max for coverage via our dental insurance. I understand and agree with that; however, the orthodontist office is telling me that because insurance is not paying anything on the new set of braces, I have to pay their full price, not the contracted amount that insurance would get if they weee involved.
Does anyone know if that is correct?
