6' 1" 250lbs right now.
6' 1" 220lbs is exactly where I want to be but the only times in my life I've been there is zero alcohol, frequent fasting, and zero carbs. Thats a hard life to live.

But It's like when I hit 40 over the last year I just can't move the dial AT ALL. I lift about 5 days a week an hour per session. Have been doing that consistently for over 10 years. Significantly backed down calories and carbs. Traditionally I'm a heavy drinker but moved that to weekends only. It seems like nothing I do makes a difference. I'm in relatively good shape. I guess all the work over the years has kept me there and I could be really big if not for that, but I just stay about 30lbs over where I should be. Do I need to just accept that?!?! Has anyone cracked the code over 40?
