I am asking the forums for some guidance lol. The quick story is a deer jumped into my truck causing 12k worth of damage according to the body shop I took it too. My insurance company (Progressive) is only willing to give me 6k to repair the damages. I’ve spent hours on the phone with the insurance rep and adjuster, to get no where. The in-network shop progressive recommended told me they quit working with progressive because of the short cuts they take to repair vehicles. I can try to take it another network shop is one option. I’ve talked to a few attorneys and they don’t want to touch it. I assume because it’s not enough for them to worry about it. Any one had similar issues or know how to go about it? I live in Kentucky if that makes any difference. Tyia
