OT - New Orleans recommendations....

For all you RebelGrove foodies/ New Orleans experts, I need advice!

The wife and I are going to New Orleans for a long weekend in mid-June. We are using it as an eat until you explode trip, and so far have reservations for Restaurant R'evolution. Brennans, and Commander's Palace for brunch.

Any of restaurant recs, and great places to stay that don't break the bank... Chase I was hoping to use this as a FireAway Friday topic but I never saw the thread.
