Fam and I are going to do a Disney cruise here soon. Trying to leave early early (like 3 am) to mitigate the amount of time our kids are awake. First time doing this. I like my sleep and dont really wanna just drive like that on a deficit / half asleep. Reason is I don't wanna spend the next day or two on the cruise recovering.
Any tips on adjusting your sleep a day or two before to make this feel like a normal day? Didn't wanna shift it like you would for an overseas trip where you take a week to do it.
It may not be possible but am open to suggestions on what has worked for y'all before.
