Worst PGB decision: Appointment of John Roberts or No Child Left Behind? Both have proven to be a national disaster but I can't decide which has been worse. I tend to lean to No Child Left behind as I come from a family of educators who have been handcuffed by this law but Chief Justice Roberts has certainly decided that the written word of laws is meaningless in comparison to its intent.
