My rental home Hvac “potentially” has a coolant leak. Instead of coming to repair it himself or letting an actual HVAC company find and/or patch the leak, engineer (and hvac certified) asshole landlord has cooter brown headed to recharge my 20 year old system for the cheap. Am I going to be breathing in Freon and damaging my children’s lungs?
