Just curious if any of the rest of yall have had your student loans forgiven. I just got my propaganda email saying Biden Harris forgave mine. In reality, The Dept of Ed under pre-existing laws that it wasn’t observing forgave $91k as of 1/24/24. I’ll also get a check for a few payments I made after that.
I don’t feel too bad because I had made 300 payments totaling a little over $450k for a loan balance at time I graduated BU of $148,000 that covered Ole Miss, SMU and BU.
Everybody is bashing the forgiveness and I am
