Know there are lots of realtors on the board.

Been in our starter home for 6 years and about time to upgrade. Could probably sell our 2300sq ft home for around 200k more than we paid for it. Have a 2.5% 15y mortgage.

Found a floor plan or 2 we like. Wanting to get a 3-5 acre lot. Looking at Woodson ridge, cobble stone park area OR a new subdivision in north oxford near where we are now. Considering buying a lot and customizing the house for our needs.

Is there going to be any better time to buy/build? Probably going to meet with developers, etc. soon. We aren't in a hurry. Any other advise is appreciated
