Don't get me wrong, I wish we still had Patterson, but in his quest for most passing yards, his decision making i.e. interceptions, was an issue he needs to address. In the end, maybe he did the right thing as it rules out the drama of starting qb.

Let's see, hmmmm . . . . The SECW was down (Bama only won 7 games that year), and State won the west with only 8 wins. You lost the SEC title game and your bowl game. Essentially you won when the SECW sucked - you just sucked a little less. It's hard to get too cocky about some flavor of a title when it comes by an 8-5 record.

For the other posters on the board, I realize most here probably use the lol or LMAO! and there is nothing necessarily wrong with it, however it makes me think I am talking to someone who is rather young, or is unable to express themselves adequately. Now that's a hoot!
