What a game. I went into it with a free shot mentality but created a lifelong memory with my brother in law.
What Beard and Co did on the defensive side of the ball was truly remarkable. Bama fans could not handle what they were watching. The tide fans around us started the night cocky and arrogant and starting leaving with 2 + minutes on the clock.
Coleman is a really bad arena. Terrible PA system and video boards, and just does an awful job of holding noise. Outside of the stretch that started around the 8 minute mark, it was not a tough environment.
Also got to meet a fellow RG'er @TnJedReb who brought is 2 year old reb to his first rebel basketball game and willed us to victory.
