Projector help

I'm thinking about buying a projector and a screen to watch games on the back porch. And/or maybe a permanent one inside.

I know absolutely nothing about projectors or screens.

Does anybody recommend any certain brands/models?

Or have any general tips on what to look for or avoid?

Any help is appreciated.
