Some buddies and I are in charge of the Saltillo High School Cheer concession stand. All profits go towards funding for travel to Orlando for Nationals. Our menu has consisted of the following below:
We smoke our butts the night before so they are super fresh.
BBQ Quesadillas
BBQ Sandwiches
BBQ Parfitt
BQQ slaw dog
Walking Tacos (Taco meat in a small bag of cheese Doritos with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and mild sauce)
The Band Concession has all of the staples: Hamburgers, fries, hotdogs, ect.
Any recommendations or things we could do to spicy it up?
