Suits by players against the ncaa regarding nil, transfers, unlimited transfers etc., when will a player successfully sue the ncaa regarding years or eligibility? Non athletes students can stay enrolled as many years as they choose as long as they are working towards a degree or in grad school. We’ve all known kids who stayed at Ole Miss for years or even a decade. Will athletes be next? Just stay enrolled and playing receiving nil until they can’t hack it athletically any longer.
