OXFORD -- Ole Miss may not have liked how it ended 2014, but the national media is predicting the Rebels to start 2015 very nicely.[/B]
Ole Miss ranges from No. 7-13 in a handful of too-early top 25 polls released today, the first official day of the college football offseason.[/B]
CBSSports.com: No. 7[/B]
USA Today Sports: No. 9[/B]
ESPN.com: No. 11[/B]
FoxSports.com: No. 11[/B]
Athlon: No. 13[/B]
Bovada, the online oddsmaker, has also installed Ole Miss at 33/1 odds to win the 2015 national championship. That's tied for 14th-best with a host of other teams.[/B]
There's a lot to like about Ole Miss moving forward: the team lost only six starters from 2014, and the super-talented sophomore class will all be juniors. The preseason All-SEC and All-American teams will likely have a lot of names like Laquon Treadwell, Tony Conner, Robert Nkemdiche, Evan Engram and Laremy Tunsil on them. Ole Miss also gets cornerback Tee Shepard and linebacker Denzel Nkemdiche back healthy, and wide receiver Damore'ea Stringfellow will be eligible.[/B]
The questions, though, are known by every Ole Miss fan: will the offensive line/running backs/quarterbacks be good enough to let coach Hugh Freeze's fourth Ole Miss team challenge for 10 wins?[/B]

utterly meaningless

claptrap.

barring a small miracle at QB and OL, we won't finish very well at all.
