Recruiting 2016

If I'm not mistaking, RB Denzel Mitchell was rated a 4* recruit as recent as a week ago and now his rating has been reduced to 3*.

I guess Rivals thought Ole Miss had too many commits with at least 4*'s, this early in the recruiting cycle. Wouldn't want to rattle the cages of the historically powerful programs by rating Ole Miss' 2016 recruiting class in the top 5, nationally. SMH.

24-7 Sports has him listed as a 4-star.

Scout has him rated 4*, as well. Just don't understand why Rivals lowered his ranking. Freeze adds a 5* player and a 4* is downgraded to 3*. Coincidence? Politics?

If Mitchell were committed to Bama or Auburn, would Rivals downgrade him to 3*? I doubt it.

That's the reason i just come here for laughs. 247 is typically closer to the mark for the rankings.
