I went through security setting off the walk through detector. Redirected to a second detector. Not ever being asked to empty pockets, and it didn't go off despite having plenty of metal on me .
Buddy went through with a hunting knife in his coat pocket unbeknownst to him until inside. Same experience.

Btw, the food at the alumni pre game was really good. But the folks in charge of admitting you had never done anything like that. Very disorganized or untrained.
