Simple NIL Solution

Even though the NCAA can't control the NIL market they can control the amount of NIL money each team can carry each year. Put NIL caps on each sport. This will lead back to under the table deals once the school has met their cap limit. This would then allow the NCAA to really hammer schools who are caught cheating. This would help spread the wealth and each team could determine how to spend their money each year just like the NFL. Thoughts.
