So found out today that I now need shoulder surgery. I fell

Back in July. Got a couple of injections that helped some. MRI today revealed full thickness tear of my subscapularis tendon. Have any of you had shoulder surgery and if so who did you use around anywhere from Memphis to Birmingham?
This will be my 4 freaking surgery (not on my shoulder) in less than two years. Dang I’m sick of it!
