Talked with a friend last night who was one of the few to order the special edition GC shoes. He showed me his communication/responsiveness so far.
August 24th - purchased
September 3rd - My friend asked for update.
September 7th - Finally a reply from GC saying it's looking like custom orders should be built and shipped "in the next 2-3 weeks."
September 29th - Still no update from Grove Collective, friend requests update via email.
As of this morning, still no reply.
@WL3 - I think y'all have incredible fundraisers, but it feels like your operations and customer service needs a lot of work. The lack of communication is unacceptable for people that dropped $650 for custom shoes. You're going to lose a lot of people by running a poor operation.
