And boy did State look bad. This was a Southern Miss production so it was a bit biased, but the mental errors and missed assignments on the part of State was uncanny. From the defensive secondary to the special teams unit they were off by a mile in most parts. Hell, Southern might even get above .500 this season. And I will go on ahead and say it, their QB looked as though he could start at Vanderbilt easily. He even throws better than Dak, and it is not even close. They are by far the worst team in the West. Don't get me started on their secondary. A lot of those guys, with what Southern did, should not be in the SEC. I am laying those points for the game this Saturday.
