Wife been out of town for a week and dishes piled up in dishwasher. Went to run the dishwasher to get done before she got home. 3 hours later cycle hadn’t finished and she was home. She cancelled cycle, opened the dishwasher door, and foam came pouring out. Accidentally put dish soap in instead of detergent.
