After seeing all these bowl opt-ins, can we put to bed the idea that this team had chemistry problems or a lack of leadership? Very easy to throw around psychological explanations that cannot be proven either way. And if anything, it has now been proven to not exist.
There were two problems: (1) No OL, and no longer a stud RB who can cover that up; (2) bad luck in three close games (all had easy missed FGs, muffed punt against FL, Tre harris fumble v. KY/drops against FL and LSU). That's it. Thats the whole autopsy.
