You have all the pieces you need, personnel wise, to compete right now. You have facilities, support, geography, resources, fan base, stadium etc.
Are you compelled to make the splashy, name brand, sexy hire, like Lincoln Riley, Dabo, Dan Quin and so on?
Or is it best to bring in the REALLY solid, boring football coach? A coach like Traylor or Elko?
