Texas strength of schedule question

Why does it rank so low?

We play 6 common sec opponents
Ark
Miss state
Oklahoma
Georgia
Kentucky
Florida

They played vandy. We played S carolina
They play aTm. We played LSU

They played two decent non conference games.
Colorado state
Michigan

Not all that different from ours, but we are 33 spots higher going into this weekend. Does home/away play into the ranking? I’m sure it does. But that’s got to be a driver as any “tough” games were at home
