I watch a lot of college basketball. Probably more ACC than SEC, but I have watched a lot of KY games.
That 1st half was absolute coaching perfection.
No other coach has schemed KY like that. We drove on their 3 white dudes immediately when they were on the floor (Pope had 3 on the court together at some points), we made their shooters put the ball on the floor…it was perfection.
2nd half our guys got outside of their swim lanes a bit, gave up way too many easy buckets and took quick/bad shots…but man that first half was beautiful coaching.
