The “fake injury” narrative…

…people need to start looking at the situation the injuries occur. They have not been after big plays because teams haven’t had many against us. Pegues went out about 5 times when he landed on his separated shoulder. That’s not a fake injury. We damn sure aren’t faking an injury with Walter Nolen. Faking an injury on offense makes no sense because we run a hurry up offense. South Carolina had a lot of players go down and the announcers had nothing to say about it. It’s become a lazy narrative. I am not saying we haven’t faked injuries but the vast majority haven’t been fake. Some of our own fans have bought into the narrative as well.
