Who would have ever thought that a pathogen might create a worldwide crisis. Like who ever heard of ebola, or SARS, the Plague or various other times this has occurred in our recorded history.
And who would think that it would be helpful to have already put together teams that drill and rehearse how to address these emergencies.
And who would think that a for profit and non integrated medical field could suddenly respond to situations such as this.
And who would ever think what people would do who don't have access to that medical system that is not prepared to respond to that crisis.
Thankfully, our president is not one of those people.
