They'll be the 5 seed and they play 12 at home. And then they play 4. All that means that they are guaranteed 2 games against ACC, Big 12 or G5. No SEC. No Big 10.

On the other hand, the winner of the Big 10 Championship Game gets the #1 seed and a bye, which means that they play the 8/9 winner, which is pretty much guaranteed to have an SEC flavor. Thats going to be way more difficult than playing ACC, Big 12 or G5.

The SEC and the Big 10 should have never agreed that the 4 highest ranked conference champions get byes. Its ok that ACC, Big 12 and G5 get a spot, but not a bye. When 5 plays 4, and 5 is a double digit favorite, you have a design flaw. And you're going to see the same thing with 6 and 3.
