I see where the federal judge has put the settlement of the House vs NCAA on hold because of some wording in the settlement. The NCAA is still trying to restrict payments in an effort to contain NIL so all colleges will be equal. Note to NCAA: Colleges have never been equal and never will be. There’s a possibility the settlement could be scuttled and proceed to trial. Colleges could end up paying 10X more than the $2.7B. The SEC needs to distance itself from the NCAA.
