is not because of what happened Saturday. Those were 2 really good teams getting after each other. Here is what is causing the angst:
Brock Vandergriff stats in each SEC game:
Home vs South Carolina - 3/10 - 30 yds - 1 INT - QBR of 1.4
Home vs Georgia - 14/27 - 114 yds - QBR of 45.4
Away vs Ole Miss - 18/28 - 243 yds - 1 TD - QBR of 77.1
Home vs Vanderbilt - 15/25 - 158 yds - 1 TD - QBR of 63.7
We can "it was just 1 play" until we are blue in the face, there just wasn't any excuse to lose that game. Kentucky is ASS. It's the giant wart that you can see from outer space. If we are somehow in position to be talked about by the CFP committee, they are really going to have to squint and tilt their heads sideways to look past it. If we are 6-1 right now with a loss in Baton Rouge, all is well and we are right where we want to be.
