It's the NCAA's way of punishing you without doing it legally. Our women's basketball program self reported it's one infraction almost 4 years ago and there didn't have to be an investigation because we knew all the facts and reported them. One transgression by a staff that was fired 4 years ago and it's still unresolved by the NCAA. It's hurt recruiting for 3 years.
Wait, I thought all of the infractions were from Houston Nutt? Are they not? Ha, y'all folks are just gonna have to live with the penalties that are coming. It shouldn't be too difficult to do. Y'all were in the cellar for a good five decades before the salary cap went up.

This is not a legal matter people always think it is. In some ways it would be better if it was. If it was they could call the witnesses in, swear them in and question them. Just about every one would tell the truth because if they didn't they would be committing perjury. So you would have the facts and could decide. So it is hard to ascertain the facts and the NCAA takes it slow. On the other hand the NCAA don't have to get all of them straight. They just have to be sure some are right because there is no higher court of appeals. Their decision is final. But they do want to have a good reason for any sanctions, so it is slow.
I always laugh when some people want the school to sue the. NCAA. Some have even thought they would sue. On be half of the school. Talk about turning a University's President ashen faced .
And it's not just about the women's basketball team, there are multiple violations from multiple programs. And more keeps coming out so let's not act like Ole Miss is being victimized, this is all their fault.

I understand that winning championships at ole miss is a rarity, so calling a picture of one weird makes sense in a way. Consider it your education along with my recommendation to try traveling outside of Mississippi once in a while.
I was more concerned with his comments. Talking about "sucking" and "I'll take it" in the same sentence is inappropriate for a college sports message board. There are other Internet sites that cater to those behaviors that he can visit if he so chooses. Just leave it off this board.
