The substitution holding the offense clock/defense subs while the clock is running maybe should be looked at

Lincoln Riley gets away with not calling a TO and scoring the TD after a delay of game penalty. Texas 8-4 finishes 8-5. I guess when you try to game it your way on offense, the defense can game it their way with guys jogging in as the clock runs down
