Ole Miss can attract and retain a high quality HC now. Like it or not LK is leaving. He never stays anywhere for very long. He inherited Matt Corral. He did a great job with MC last year and we got to 10-2. The UT game will always be memorable. However, he did not hire high quality coordinators. They aren’t bad but other SEC teams have better. It doesn’t look like he knocked it out nthe park with the NIL. He didn’t do terrible but it’s not great. Ole Miss is fortunate to be 8-3 this year. We barely beat Auburn. If the on sides kick doesn’t work, we probably lose. We barely beat Texas A&M and they are terrible. We also struggled against Tulsa. We don’t have a quality win. LSU and Arkansas embarrassed us. Our best win this year is either Auburn, GA Tech or Vandy. He has done enough to show that it’s possible to win at Ole Miss but he did it with someone else’s recruits. I think we can attract a high quality coach now. Let it go and let him go and just hope we beat State.
