1) He needs to do what it takes to find out how to run the football. This season was as unpredictable as it was because they couldn't reliably run the football. Solve the running game issue.
2) He has to find a way to be able to win when you are expected to win. When everyone spoke big about Ole Miss at the begining of the season they lay an egg against Kentucky. Everyone talks big on Ole Miss, and they lay an egg at LSU. EVeryone writes them off and they win. Everyone penciles them in the playoff and they lay an egg at Florida.
3) We need a kicker that can reliably and consistently make FG inside of the 40. I would rather have a guy that is money from 40 yards in than someone that can hit a 50 yarder every now and then.
4) They need to be better with their Offensive player evaluations. How much money was spent on players that never really factored in the games. The defensive side of the ball struck pretty good on their Defensive Portal players. The Offense however, missed more than they hit.
