Ticket Office: The incompetency is puzzling

One would think that our ticket office would operate as if we've been here before, but they are proving to be very incompetent of handling the magnitude of this regional. First, they announce that Reserved seating will be available on the website at 1 pm today.....they are not! Second, when you call, a recorded message tells you "Sorry we're very busy right now", and hangs up on you! Are we not better than this??
