Do any of you have any recommendations for a 3 to 4 day a week weight training routine for a young offensive lineman?
The young man is looking to increase power and size.
I know the basics, focusing on compound movements like power clean, deadlifts, and squats.
Any routine you would recommend would be appreciated!
