You youngsters take care of your body! I worked so hard for so long that I destroyed mine. I’m just 56. Oh I can still do most things but not without pain. Just a few words of wisdom!!
Well heading to have my shoulder surgery this afternoon. Ready for a break from surgery! This is number 4 in two years and number 9 since 2014.
