Ok ya little monkeys… Friday night after a few Ghosts (Neal would be proud) and cooking wings on the BGE. My go to is still 1/2 Holy Gospel & 1/2 Voodoo (Meatchurch) with a few hickory chunks. Just hard to beat IMO. I’ve finished in the air fryer, in oil etc. but these are my favorite. No sauce needed although at deer camp the favorite is “We Dat” from Louisiana. What you got?
