Clearly a swing that was missed by the 3rd base ump. Context for those that didn't watch the game:
This was an attemptd check swing in the bottom of the 9th by the UT batter that should have been called strike 3 ending the game with FSU winning. Ump ruled it was not a swing and UTjr. went on to win later in the 9th.
ETA: FSU still shit the bed as they had opportunities to win, even after the blown call.
