Is this staff just oblivious or stubborn?

I would just like to see some semblance of adapting or adjusting from this staff but they seem either incapable or reluctant to do so.

- It's painfully obvious that the RB situation is a mess. Maybe switch it up and give carries to Bentley, Amos, even Thomas. I thought RB by committee would be an approach to spread out carries so each RB has fresh legs and perhaps you could feed whichever RB is having the best success more. But instead this staff keeps forcing a gimpy Parrish with no success.

- The offensive line is a mess, why have they not shifted personnel around already? The success rate of long developing pass plays and inside runs are low, do we not have any other plays? Why is Caleb Warren not playing more?

- If Tre Harris goes down which unfortunately appears to be a guarantee every game then Dart just hyper focuses on whatever WR fills in that spot. There's no attempts to scheme or attempt to distribute the ball more evenly.

- Dart is really struggling on the long ball and it's stalling drives. Why not introduce more quick short and medium routes and TE throws to help him get into a rhythm and add more consistent drives.

It's like this staff either doesn't recognize these issues or they do and they're simply too stubborn or stupid to deviate to their own detriment.

Each game we lose, these issues are prominent and we expect to see some sort of adjustment by the next game, but this staff continues to try and shove the same square peg into the round hole.
